Find the time sink / the problem
We start by looking at where your workflows actually lose time or produce many errors – not where AI could be fitted in most elegantly.

Automation, simplification, data management – GDPR-compliant and with good judgment
MeridianTek · Automation & Data Management
Copying, retyping, searching, chasing answers: many workflows still burn hours every week that could long be automated or simplified. AI is everywhere and can help, but it is not always the best solution. Together we find the time sinks and solve them in a privacy-compliant way: with AI where it helps, and with simple automation where that is the better answer.
Approach
01We start by looking at where your workflows actually lose time or produce many errors – not where AI could be fitted in most elegantly.
Sometimes that is an AI assistant or an internal knowledge base. Often built-in tools are enough: a form, an automated workflow in Microsoft 365, an interface between two systems, or migrating data from a legacy system to a new one.
Every solution is built so it can be operated GDPR-compliantly and your data remains yours – in a European cloud or entirely on your premises.
Self-check
02Anything that runs weekly in the same pattern can be automated – usually with tools you already pay for: Microsoft 365, Power Automate or n8n.
Every manual transfer costs time and breeds errors. A form with automatic routing replaces the copying entirely.
Once unstructured texts, emails or documents are involved, fixed rules are no longer enough – this is where AI actually helps.
Then automation is the wrong answer. Only once the process itself is clear does a tool pay off – sometimes the best solution is a leaner workflow with no new technology at all.
Data protection
03AI models can run in the US/China, in European data centers – or on a server in your building. That difference determines which data you may process with them, and what it costs.
ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Kimi etc.
Suitable for public content without personal or business data.
e.g. IONOS, Open Telekom Cloud, Mistral
The pragmatic default for most SME use cases.
Your own AI server in-house
For highly sensitive data and sustained heavy use.
The most effective data protection is a clear, sanctioned way to use AI in the company – before uncontrolled ones take root.
A team of 20 people uses an AI assistant daily (orders of magnitude, as of mid-2026):
At typical usage levels, European cloud inference is clearly cheaper. Local hardware pays off when data must not leave the building, under sustained heavy load – or when independence is worth the premium. That is exactly the calculation we run with you before you invest.
